• VAT is applied based on the shipping destination and will be clearly shown at checkout   before you confirm your order.
• Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

5. Ordering Process

• Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt.
• A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and certificates.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Bespoke or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
