NECK-WEAR SIZE GUIDE
Take a soft tape measure and wrap it around your neck, where you would like the choker to be positioned, making sure that it is not too tight and can be turned comfortably. The number that lines up with the start of the tape is the circumference of your neck. Now convert it to your ISTINARA choker size using the chart below.
Choker is meant to sit around the middle of the neck. If you prefer having the choker seated low on your collar bone, choose one size larger than your actual measurement.

WRIST-WEAR SIZE GUIDE
Take a soft tape measure and wrap it around your wrist just below the wrist bone, making sure that it is not too tight and can be turned comfortably. The number that lines up with the start of the tape is the circumference of your wrist. Alternatively, you can measure the full length of a bracelet you would like to reference for size. Now convert it to your ISTINARA bracelet size using the chart below.
Please note that measurements listed in the size chart gives the actual length of the bracelet so if you are wondering between two sizes, we suggest you go with the larger size.
